私が生来培ってきた美という概念は、神聖で優雅、不朽のものであり、芸術とはその美を現実化する媒体だと信じている。
その媒体を目指して制作している私の作品には、自己表現の欲求が込められている。それは制作を通し自分自身に問いかけ続けることで、美という普遍的な概念について深く考えることができると感じているからだ。
そして、作品には一種の神秘性あるいは純潔性を漂わせ、見る人々の心の安らぎになるよう心地よい「美しさ」と「静謐さ」が宿るように、真摯な姿勢で向き合っている。情熱を注ぎ、美を表現することに徹することで、自分の作品の芸術としての価値を追求し、問い続け、それを軸に制作することによって、私が初めてドールを見た時の感動のように、多くの人々に美しさや癒しを届けられることを願っている。
The concept of beauty that I have innately cultivated is sacred, elegant, and timeless, and I believe that art is the medium to make such beauty a reality.
I create my works with the aim of realizing the medium, and my works are imbued with a desire for self-expression. This is because I feel that by continually questioning myself through my work, I can think deeply about the universal concept of beauty.
I am also earnest in my efforts to create pieces that exude a kind of mystique or purity, and that possess a pleasant "beauty" and "serenity" that will bring peace of mind to those who view them. By pouring my passion and devotion into expressing beauty, I pursue and continue to question the value of my work as art, and by creating my work based on this, I hope to bring beauty and healing to many people, just as I was moved when I first saw the doll.
